Decilien's well-rendered paintings are almost always of lovely
women, surrounded by flowers or in the Haitian countryside. A skilled
painter and lover of beauty, he has quickly become a favorite of
collectors who enjoy realism. Decilien lives
in Port-au Prince where he teaches graphic design in addition to his work
as a painter.
