Ulrick Jean
Ulrick Jean was born in the late 1960s in Carrefour, Port-au-Prince. He originally sold his work through various vendors at the Iron Market in Port-au-Prince, and has been represented by the Haitian Art Company since the late 1980s. His work is in important private collections, including film director Jonathan Demme's, and is included in Demme's book Island on Fire.
