Eric Jean-Louis was born in Jeremie Haiti on May 16, 1957, sadly passed away on June 18, 2022. He began to paint in 1975 in the primitive style guided by Edgard Brierre. Today, his art is more modern. Jean-Louis has received several awards in Haiti for his paintings. His works have been exhibited in the United States, Guadeloupe, Denmark, Curaçao, Switzerland, and France since 1977. Past away unexpectedly in 2022
